The first step in working with ZenDen Organizing is to fill out a form to request a phone consultation. During the consultation, we will assess your needs, and you can share what space or spaces are in need of help. If you decide to sign up for my free in-home consultation I will spend about an hour in your home where we will review what was discussed on our call; I may take photos of your space (with your permission) and measure the space, discuss your goals, and develop a customized plan for organizing your space.

ZenDen Organizing  offers a variety of services to help people in all phases of life gain emotional and mental clarity by teaching them functional organization skills based on their own learning styles to decrease clutter and simplify their physical spaces at home. We work on closets, kitchens, pantries, bedrooms, home offices,  playrooms, garages and sheds. We can help with move-ins, move-outs, downsizing, getting house ready for guests, or just general organizing to make a home more efficient. We have experience with chronic disorganization, ADHD/Autism, anxiety, depression/postpartum depression.

You do not. Ideally, we would have some time to walk through the space to get details about your goals, the way you envision using the space, etc but this can be done via phone, Zoom, or FaceTime. Some people want to be hands on in certain areas and completely uninvolved in others and we have no problem with that.  We’re here to be helpful to you in whatever way you feel is most comfortable and productive. If you have the desire, we definitely think it's a great idea to work side by side or nearby if there are any questions during sorting, or so you can be a part of deciding the best organization system that will work for you and your family. 

Absolutely. We understand that not everybody is comfortable having strangers in their home or perhaps free time is minimal. We can help you via FaceTime or Zoom and with digital pictures sent to us via email. ZenDen Organizing  takes client privacy and security seriously. We will never share your personal information or details about your home organization project without your consent. We also use secure communication channels and take measures to protect your home and belongings during the organization process.
